Don is originally from Southern Mississippi, but now resides in Connecticut. He was introduced to the sport by his father in 1991 but it wasn’t until 2003 when Don joined Merrimack Working Dog Club that he became serious about helper work and training in general. In 2009, Don started Quinebaug Schutzhund Club in Pomfret, Connecticut. One of his biggest passions is German Shepherd Dog breeding and, with his girlfriend (Ivana), have a working line GSD kennel named “vom Rebel Yelle”. Having had the opportunity to be a helper at many major USCA events as well as Helper Certifications, Don is in the next phase of his sports career and has been a perfor- mance judge since 2016. He is also the N.E. Regional Director as well as a co-chair for the USCA Helper Committee. The German Shepherd Dog and dog sport are a big part of his life.

Don would like to thank the Schutzhund Club of Buffalo for the invitation to judge our Spring Trial. We welcome Don and look forward to having him judge our Event!
